Online Therapy in Vermont

Relational, Trauma & Sex Therapy for Individuals and Couples

Finding a therapist who is the right clinical and cultural fit can be difficult—especially when the work involves sexuality, complex relationships, trauma, identity, or non-traditional relationship structures.

I’m a licensed Vermont therapist offering virtual therapy to individuals and couples throughout the state. My work is relational, depth-oriented, and integrative, with particular focus on relationship patterns, sex and intimacy, trauma, identity, and meaningful life transitions.

Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, couples therapy, or sex therapy, you can access specialized care virtually from wherever you are in Vermont.

Ways We Can Work Together

Individual Therapy

For adults wanting to understand and shift longstanding emotional or relational patterns, work through trauma or grief, explore identity and sexuality, or navigate significant life and cultural transitions.

Couples Therapy

Developmentally informed relationship therapy for couples navigating recurring conflict, disconnection, betrayal or infidelity, differences in desire and intimacy, non-monogamy, cultural differences, or uncertainty about the future of the relationship.

Sex Therapy

Sex-positive, non-pathologizing therapy for individuals and couples exploring desire, intimacy, sexual identity, shame, communication, kink, non-monogamy, and changing sexual or relational needs.

This Work May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Understand many of your patterns already, but still find yourself repeating them

  • Want therapy that goes beyond coping skills or surface-level communication

  • Are navigating sexuality, desire, intimacy, or questions about your sexual or relational identity

  • Want an LGBTQIA+, kink, and consensual non-monogamy affirming therapist

  • Notice trauma or attachment experiences shaping how you relate to yourself or others

  • Are navigating cultural differences, immigration, identity, or belonging

  • Want couples therapy that can make room for complexity, difference, sexuality, and changing relationship needs

  • Are looking for therapy in either English or Spanish

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural therapist, I bring particular attention to the ways culture, identity, family, relationships, and lived experience shape the therapeutic work.

A Relational, Depth-Oriented Approach

My approach is integrative and draws from attachment-based, somatic, trauma-informed, and sex therapy perspectives. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or communication strategies, we look at the deeper patterns shaping how you experience yourself, your body, and your relationships.

My couples work is grounded primarily in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, with attention to differentiation, attachment, intimacy, and the ways partners grow and change over time.

I’m active and engaged in the therapy process—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering reflections, and helping translate insight into new experiences and choices.
