Licensed in Colorado, Vermont, and New Hampshire
Denver, CO (in-person + virtual)
I work with individuals and couples navigating relational trauma, intimacy, and complex relationship dynamics. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and have done prior work, yet find themselves repeating patterns in relationships, desire, or emotional connection that insight alone has not shifted.
My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from attachment-based therapy, EMDR-informed work, somatic and nervous system frameworks, and relational models such as EFT and discernment counseling. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with a medical provider.
I specialize in working with:
Couples navigating conflict, betrayal, or ambivalence about staying together
Desire discrepancies and evolving sexual or relational identities
Non-monogamy and alternative relationship structures
Individuals working through attachment wounds, grief, and relational patterns
My work is not focused on quick fixes, but on meaningful, lasting change—helping clients move from understanding their patterns to experiencing something different in their relationships and within themselves.
I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and bring a bicultural, cross-cultural perspective to my work, informed by my background and lived experience.
